The fine, paper-thin strands cook in under two minutes and absorb broths quickly, giving the silky, slippery texture that defines the Fujianese and Cantonese mee suah tradition. Bundled into individual coils for portion control. Use in clear chicken or seafood soup, mee suah birthday noodles, or stir-fried with sesame oil and spring onions. 300g pack of pre-portioned coils.
