Bouncy, springy wheat noodles inspired by the famous hand-pulled Lanzhou beef noodle soup of north-west China. Pre-cut to a uniform length and dried for shelf stability, the noodles cook in around four minutes and hold their chew in clear beef broth, chilli-oil dressings or quick weeknight stir-fries. 1.36kg family-size pack.
