Knorr Liquid Seasoning concentrates a soy-based savoury body into a versatile drizzle. It is a Hong Kong home-cooking and restaurant staple for seasoning stir-fries, fried rice and chow mein, perking up soups, marinating seafood or meats, and finishing steamed chicken or fish. The profile is clean and moreish: bright salinity with rounded umami, a gentle sweetness and a light tang that brings instant definition to dishes. As a guide, use 1–2 tsp for a two-portion stir-fry, 1 tsp to finish soups or noodles, and 1–2% of ingredient weight for marinades.
