Ginza Suzuya

Since 1951, Ginza Suzuya has made wagashi rooted in Japanese tradition, led by its signature amanatto — beans slowly candied in syrup. Each kind of bean has a different skin and takes up syrup differently, so its craftsmen judge every bean by eye. The result is a gentle, refined taste that reflects the colours of the seasons and the spirit of Japanese hospitality.
