Founded in 1848, Oguraya Yamamoto is a long-established kombu producer in Osaka’s historic Semba district. Combining carefully selected ingredients with traditional craftsmanship, we create shiokombu, tsukudani and other products that showcase kombu’s natural umami, while preserving our heritage for modern tastes.
