Osuya Ginza Dessert Vinegar Shinshu Apple 250ml
Details
Made only with apple vinegar and apple juice from Shinshu (Nagano), for a fresh and light taste. With its juicy aroma and gentle acidity, it is easy to enjoy even if you are not used to drinking vinegar.
Dessert Vinegar is made with fruit vinegar fermented from the juice itself. It is brewed by Uchibori, founded in 1876, following the principle that vinegar-making begins with sake-making.
