Japanese-style Mapo Tofu from All Bowls (+5 veg)
We've created a Japanese-style mild mapo tofu that's delicious even when frozen. We freeze the tofu once, drain it, and then refreeze it. Improvement: We've enhanced the texture of the tofu after thawing by freezing it, removing excess water, and refreezing. We've also switched from boxes to vacuum pouches.
