Koon Wah Amber Sugar Coated Walnut 80g
A traditional Cantonese confection from Koon Wah, the much-loved Hong Kong sweets house in Kwai Fong that has been hand-crafting heritage snacks since 1959. Whole walnut halves are slowly coated in golden maltose and sugar until they take on the deep amber colour that gives the sweet its name, then finished with a scattering of toasted sesame seeds. Each piece delivers a clean, satisfying crunch and a deeply nutty flavour balanced by gentle, lingering sweetness - never cloying.
