A lightly salted okaki from Osamado Honten, a long-established maker founded in 1924 in Asakusa, Tokyo, made with its traditional craft. Characterised by the soft texture only Japanese glutinous rice can give, it has a light, airy bite. Fragrant fried kombu is mixed in as an accent, and the savouriness of kelp meets a gentle saltiness for a light, moreish taste you can't stop eating. Lovely with tea or as a snack.
Ingredients
Glutinous rice (Japan), vegetable oil, kombu (kelp), salt, hydrolysed protein, yeast extract, dextrin, spices / seasoning (amino acids, etc.). Contains soy.
