A bite-sized fried mochi from Osamado Honten, a long-established maker founded in 1924 in Asakusa, Tokyo, made with its traditional craft. Slightly larger than one mouthful, it is crisp on the outside and light and flaky within. The okaki of Japanese glutinous rice is firmly seasoned with rich koikuchi soy sauce, filling the mouth with toasty soy aroma and the savouriness of mochi rice. A welcome treat with tea or a drink.

Glutinous rice (Japan), vegetable oil, soy sauce (contains wheat and soy), starch syrup, fermented seasoning, yeast extract, chilli seasoning liquid / thickener (modified starch).
