Hong Kong brand Okaeri (おかえり), meaning “welcome home,” aims to bring a sense of warmth and comfort to everyone through artisan Asian pastries brought to the UK. Their passion is reflected in handcrafted pastries that are light, refined, and full of flavour.
This coffee-based chiffon roll is layered with fluffy, airy mascarpone filling for a light yet indulgent bite. To ensure the best quality and softness, we use house made ladyfingers with a delicate, low-sweetness profile, infused with the perfect ratio of coffee, cocoa, rum, and coffee liqueur for depth and aroma. For an extra touch of indulgence, each roll comes with six droppers of whiskey, allowing you to infuse the cake to your personal taste.
