The Spicy version of S&B's Crunchy Garlic with Chilli Oil shares the same base as the Mild — fried garlic (11.5%), chilli pepper (12%), chilli paste, soy sauce powder, ground sesame, and onion powder in a blend of sunflower and sesame oil — but with a noticeably more forward heat that builds as you eat rather than sitting quietly in the background. The garlic remains the dominant flavour, crunchy, fragrant, and generously present, while the additional chilli character adds a lively warmth that works particularly well over rice, ramen, cold noodles, and grilled dishes where the extra kick is welcome. Like the Mild version, it is designed to be spooned directly onto food rather than used as a cooking oil, and works equally well stirred into sauces and dressings. The 110g jar has a resealable lid and keeps well at room temperature. A step up in heat for those who found the Mild version too gentle.
