Ajinomoto's Cook Do Oyster Sauce is made using two carefully selected oyster extracts — one to add body and depth, the other to bring out the clean, natural flavour of the oyster — combined in a proprietary process that reduces any fishiness while preserving the rich, rounded umami character that makes oyster sauce so valuable in the kitchen. The consistency is smooth and well-balanced, coating ingredients evenly in a wok or pan without overpowering the other flavours in a dish. A versatile addition to stir-fries, braised vegetables, and noodle dishes, and a natural companion to leafy greens such as pak choi.
