SHISO NO MAI is made by mincing salt-pickled shiso leaves. The mix resembles the famous spice mix YUKARI, which is a popular rice topping in Japan. Different from most other "furikake" rice toppings, this powder is extremely soft, which allows you to use it on cold dishes too.
