The noodles arrive bouncy and chewy after a quick pour of boiling water, then get tossed with a multi-layered sauce built on chilli oil, fermented soybean paste, and the fragrant numbing spice that defines Sichuan cooking. The beef flavour adds depth without heaviness. Made in Taiwan for the J Way "Local Flavour" series - a range dedicated to recreating the bold street food tastes of Chinese regional cuisine.
