A delicate, flaky pastry brings together contrasting flavours and textures: fragrant Ceylon black tea, soft chewy mochi and savoury pork floss. Sweet-savoury and moreish, it is a playful East-meets-West bite, lovely with an afternoon cup of tea. 4 pieces.
Serving suggestion:
Best enjoyed at room temperature. Alternatively, preheat the oven to 180°C and heat for approximately 4 minutes, or microwave at 800W for approximately 8-10 seconds, for a richer aroma and enhanced flavour.
※ Storage: Keep refrigerated at 0–4°C for up to 2 weeks; keep frozen at –18°C for up to 1 month.
