Steamed chicken feet with black bean sauce is one of the most iconic dim sum dishes found on every Hong Kong teahouse trolley. The chicken feet are tender and soft, while the rich, savoury sauce of fermented black beans, garlic and red chilli seeps deep into every fold — delivering a melt-in-the-mouth texture and a bold aroma of black bean with every bite.
Cooking instruction: Cook from frozen. Remove all packaging. Place pieces in steamer. Cover and steam for 15 mins.
Storage: Keep frozen at -18 °C. Once defrosted do not refreeze.
