Mee Chun Sesame Oil (Flavoured) 125ml

A sesame-flavoured cooking oil from Mee Chun, the Hong Kong sauce house established in 1917. This is a blended oil (75% sesame seed, 25% rapeseed oil), not a pure sesame oil - the rapeseed base extends the bottle and tempers the intensity, while the high sesame content keeps the warm, nutty aroma front and centre. Use as a finishing oil over noodle dishes, soups and stir-fries, or as the fragrant base of dipping sauces and marinades. 125ml glass bottle, sized for a household kitchen.
