Nishiki Nama-imo Konjac Shirataki Noodles Mini 287g
Details
The Shirataki (noodle) version of Nishiki’s Nama-imo range, made in Nishiki-cho, Iwakuni City, Yamaguchi Prefecture using 100% raw Japanese-grown konjac potato at 27.51% — the same high-concentration formula as the block variety, now in a thin noodle format. The higher raw potato content gives these shirataki a firmer, more textured bite than standard shirataki made from konjac flour, and a more natural konjac flavour throughout. No pre-boiling to remove bitterness is required. The 287g mini pack (130g drained weight) is well-sized for a single hotpot or sukiyaki portion. Drain and rinse before use. The noodles suit all the classic shirataki applications — sukiyaki, oden, nabe, nimono, and stir-fries — and hold up well under longer cooking without breaking or losing their shape.
Ingredients
Water, konjac potato (27.51%), firming agent: calcium hydroxide
