Chicken Broth Noodles made with Japanese wheat and glutinous Monohon noodles. Rich chicken broth and the melty and soft pork chashu make it hard to stop.
*Due to regulatory restrictions, London’s popular ramen restaurant Monohon is currently unable to mass-produce its homemade noodles. For the time being, this product is being offered with alternative Chinese-style noodles. Please see this page for details:
