Ebara's Ougon no Aji — Golden Taste — is one of Japan's most recognised yakiniku sauces, and this Rich Roasted Sesame variety is one of the most layered in the range. Two types of ground sesame, white and golden, are combined with miso, garlic and sesame oil to create a sauce that is thick, aromatic and deeply savoury, with a natural sweetness from Japanese fruit purée.
