One of Taiwan's most famous souvenirs, from I-Mei, the Taipei bakery house founded in 1934. Thin sheets of egg batter are baked until golden and crisp, folded into layers, then finished with a savoury dusting of dried salmon and tuna floss. Each bite is buttery and shatteringly crisp, with a sweet-and-savoury balance that makes it hard to stop at one. Two individually wrapped packs of 33g, ideal with tea or coffee, or as a little gift.
