Pocari Sweat is Japan's most recognised sports and hydration drink, developed by Otsuka Pharmaceutical to replenish the water and electrolytes the body loses through perspiration. The powder format allows a full litre of drink to be made from a single sachet — practical for sports, travel, or keeping at home for when it is needed. The flavour is clean and lightly sweet, closer to a mild grapefruit than a typical sports drink, and the formula is designed to be absorbed smoothly alongside water. Five sachets per pack.
