Crisp, light and packed with a fiery kick, these are Taiwan's much-loved spicy soda crackers from FuYiShan, a Chiayi bakery known for its traditional cracker-making. Each thin, golden square is baked rather than fried and dusted with a fragrant chilli, pepper-salt and mixed-herb seasoning that builds a warming, moreish heat. Crunchy and satisfying, they are made with no added preservatives, artificial colours or flavours, and are suitable for vegetarians.
