Igarashi Seimen Hakata Tonkotsu Style Ramen 110g
Igarashi Seimen has been crafting noodles in Kitakata, Fukushima, Japan, since 1949 — a region celebrated for its own distinct ramen tradition. This Hakata Tonkotsu Style ramen delivers the character of Fukuoka's famous rich pork-broth noodles through an entirely plant-based format, with no animal-derived ingredients used. The noodles are dried at low temperature over 48 hours rather than fried, preserving the texture and flavour of fresh noodles in a shelf-stable form. Ready in around 3.5 minutes, it suits a quick meal without compromising on quality.
