Longevity Sweetened Condensed Milk 397g (302ml)

Longevity Brand sweetened condensed milk has been a fixture of Hong Kong cha chaan tengs for generations, and this is the one made in Holland from whole EU milk. Thick, glossy and deeply milky, it is the secret behind a proper Hong Kong-style milk tea and a classic yuenyeung (coffee with tea). Spread it on hot buttered toast for a classic condensed milk toast, drizzle over French toast or a bowl of shaved ice, stir into Vietnamese coffee, or use it in baking for chewy cookies and no-churn ice cream. Once opened, do not keep it in the tin: transfer to a clean, airtight non-metallic container and refrigerate.
