Momijiya Gokabo 12 pieces, Bag (Roasted Soya Flour Sweets)

Gokabo is a famous traditional confectionery from Kumagaya, Saitama, with a fragrant roasted soya flour aroma and a delightfully chewy texture. Our pride lies in fully in-house production — from the puffed-rice core to the roasted soya flour (kinako) — with every piece still finished by hand using methods unchanged since old times. The ingredients are remarkably simple: just soya beans (for the flour), rice, starch syrup and sugar — completely gluten-free with no wheat flour, and plant-based with no animal products. Generously packed with 12 pieces in a bag, it's perfect for everyday snacking or a gentle sweet treat. Wonderful with green tea, coffee or black tea.

Storage: Keep away from direct sunlight, heat and humidity, and store at room temperature. In summer keep it somewhere cool; in winter avoid overly cold places. It may soften at high temperatures and harden at low temperatures.
If it hardens: Warm in the microwave for about 5 seconds to restore its soft texture.
