A nori-rich okaki from Osamado Honten, a long-established maker founded in 1924 in Asakusa, Tokyo, made with its traditional craft. Lightly baked okaki of Japanese glutinous rice are each wrapped generously in nori seaweed. Finished with a slightly sweet soy sauce, the toasty, oceanic aroma of nori and the gentle sweetness of soy harmonise beautifully. Named after Asakusa, the maker's birthplace, it makes a much-loved gift.
