SauceCo Mapo Tofu with Plant-Based Meat (Ready to Cook) 310g
A ready-to-cook plant-based mapo tofu from SauceCo, the Taiwan-based food specialist founded in 1945. The pouch brings together silken tofu cubes, soy-protein plant-based meat, and a fragrant Sichuan-style sauce built around fermented chilli bean paste, Sichuan green peppercorn, star anise and chilli oil. The result is the familiar mala warmth of mapo tofu in a fully vegetarian form, made entirely without animal ingredients. Three to five minutes in boiling water, or about a minute in the microwave, is all it takes to be ready to serve over a bowl of rice. The 310g pouch keeps comfortably in the cupboard.
