Yun Gui Chuan Rice Noodle was founded in 2013 in Hong Kong and has become a beloved fast-casual restaurant chain known for its customizable Hong Kong-style rice noodles. With three successful branches in Hong Kong, the brand expanded to the UK in 2022, bringing the authentic flavours of Hong Kong to London.
Noodle Kit included Sour & Spicy Soup Rice Noodles (Mild Spicy) with Shrimp Spring Rolls & Fish Rolls.
Noodle Kit Cooking Guide:
1. Place the soup & ingredient packs in boiling water for 12 mins.
2. Boil the rice noodles in 800ml of boiling water for 5 mins, then let them sit covered for another 5 mins. Rinse in cold water after.
3. Pour the flavourful soup + cooked rice noodles + your favourite toppings into your bowl.
4. Want to spice things up? Customise with bean curd, chieves, sprouts, green onion, or coriander.
