Igarashi Seimen Kitakata Ramen Light Soy Sauce Flavour 105g
Kitakata in Fukushima, Japan, is one of the country's most celebrated ramen towns, known for a distinctive style of flat, wavy noodles served in a clean, lightly seasoned soy broth. Igarashi Seimen, based in Kitakata since 1949, brings that regional character to this dried noodle format. The noodles are dried at low temperature rather than fried, preserving a texture close to fresh. The light soy sauce soup is built from soybean sauce, kelp extract, and vegetable aromatics — clear and clean in flavour, with no animal-derived ingredients.
