A sweet, tangy-savoury sauce from Lee Kum Kee, the celebrated Hong Kong brand trusted since 1888. Blending sugar with tomato, salted plum, soybean paste and fragrant sesame, it has a glossy texture and a moreish sweet-and-savoury depth. It is the classic drizzle for steamed rice noodle rolls (cheung fun), and equally good as a dip for dim sum and spring rolls, or brushed over grilled and roast dishes. Shake well before use. Refrigerate after opening.
