The sauce has the creamy, rounded depth of a white broth without the heat of chilli, giving the dish a mild but full-flavoured character that works well for those who prefer their mapo tofu on the milder side. The pack includes minced chicken for added richness, and each pack makes two separate three-person servings with just tofu and water needed.
