Osamado Honten

Since 1924, Osama-do Honten has devoted itself to okaki and arare rice crackers in Asakusa, Tokyo. Using selected Japanese glutinous rice and traditionally brewed soy sauce, it draws out the natural flavour of each ingredient through a method taking over a week. Built on Asakusa style and refined craft, it also embraces diverse food cultures, including halal and gluten-free options, delivering fresh taste to the world.
