Koyuki's Chocolate Mochi Ice Cream pairs a rich, cocoa-forward ice cream centre with a soft, chewy glutinous rice shell finished with a touch of cocoa in the dough itself. The chocolate flavour is genuine and rounded, with enough depth to satisfy without being heavy. The contrast between the cool, creamy centre and the chewy mochi outer layer makes for a combination that is hard to put down. Six individually portioned pieces per pack, and a natural companion to a cup of coffee or after a meal. Best left to soften for a few minutes before eating.
