From Wing Lok Noodle Factory, the long-established Hong Kong noodle house founded in 1976 in Kowloon Bay and ISO22000/HACCP certified for export quality. This is the premium thick-cut variant of their celebrated shrimp-roe noodle, lifted with abalone flavouring for an extra layer of marine umami depth. The dough is enriched with whole egg and shrimp roe, then dried into delicate cakes that loosen quickly in boiling water to reveal a wonderfully springy, slightly chewy bite. A glossy, savoury bowl in minutes - wonderful with a clear seafood broth, or tossed with sesame oil and a splash of soy as a fast supper. Five servings per pack.
