This HK-Style Cured Duck Leg is made from fresh duck legs, carefully cleaned and prepared through a traditional curing process before being slow-roasted in a dedicated roasting oven. Throughout the roasting process, temperature and timing are strictly controlled to ensure the duck meat remains tender and juicy, while the skin achieves a perfectly crispy finish with a rich, full-bodied flavour.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place at room temperature. Once opened, keep frozen at -18°C.
Cooking Instructions: No need to defrost. Cook directly in boiling water or steam for approximately 13 minutes. Ensure the product is thoroughly cooked before serving.
