Nagatanien's Otona no Furikake — literally "grown-up furikake" — was created to bring the classic Japanese rice seasoning to an adult palate, with bolder, more complex flavours than the sweeter varieties typically aimed at children. The Wasabi flavour combines crisp, fragrant nori with the clean, nose-tingling heat of wasabi and the savoury depth of bonito flakes and katsuobushi, all balanced with a touch of matcha for colour and depth. Each sachet keeps the nori fresh and crisp right up to the point of opening, and a single 2.7g portion is enough to season a full bowl of rice.
