Takaokaya Yaki Nori Roasted Seaweed Full Sheet 10 Sheets
Details
Takaokaya's Yaki Nori is a full-sheet roasted seaweed from one of Japan's specialist nori producers. Each of the ten sheets is roasted to a crisp, even finish with the clean, mildly savoury flavour and delicate oceanic aroma that come from good-quality nori handled carefully. The smooth side faces outward for presentation, and the slightly rougher side holds rice and fillings in place — the standard format for sushi rolls, hand rolls, and onigiri. Beyond sushi, the sheets work well torn into strips and stirred through rice, used to wrap temaki at the table, laid over a bowl of noodles or soup as a finishing garnish, or simply eaten with steamed rice and a little soy sauce. Store in an airtight container once opened to keep the sheets crisp. The ten-sheet pack is a practical size for both regular home use and occasional cooking, and makes a natural part of any Japanese kitchen pantry.
