The exterior bakes to a golden, crisp finish, while the interior remains soft, chewy, and delightfully airy. The mix includes one pack each of Original and Chocolate flavours. Simple to prepare with no complicated steps — just combine with eggs, milk, water and oil, let it rest briefly, and enjoy the aroma and texture of freshly baked Bubble Waffles / Waffles at home, perfectly capturing the sweet and authentic flavours of Hong Kong.

The product includes two flavours: Original and Matcha, satisfying different taste preferences in one pack.
Preparation is simple — just add eggs, fresh milk, water, and cooking oil, mix well, and refrigerate. You can then freshly bake fragrant bubble waffles or waffles at home. Whether for afternoon tea, family gatherings, or when you’re craving the taste of Hong Kong, you can enjoy this warm and sweet Hong Kong-style treat anytime.

Instructions:
7. Prepare Ingredients: In a mixing bowl, combine 32ml fresh milk, 56 ml water, and half an egg.
8. Make the Batter: Sift the Bubble Waffle / Waffle premix into the prepared ingredients. Whisk until the batter is completely smooth.
9. Rest the Batter: Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
10. Preheat the Mold: Lightly brush the Bubble Waffle / Waffle mold with butter and preheat both sides thoroughly.
11. Bake: Pour the batter into the mold until about 80% full. Close the lid and flip or rotate the mold to distribute the batter evenly. Bake for 3–4 minutes (adjust the time according to your waffle machine’s heat) until the waffles are golden brown.
12. Cool: Place the baked Bubble Waffles / Waffles flat on a cooling rack. Let them cool for a few seconds before serving.

Tips:
• Add 3–4 drops of vanilla extract to the batter to enhance the aroma.
• Do not stack baked Bubble Waffles / Waffles to avoid condensation, which can affect crispiness. In humid conditions, use a fan or a hair dryer (cool setting) to cool the waffles, ensuring a crispy texture.
