Built on a gochujang-based red pepper paste with soy sauce, pear puree, apple puree, garlic, and black pepper, it delivers the characteristic sweet-spicy depth of dwaeji bulgogi — the Korean spicy marinated pork dish beloved for its caramelised, intensely flavoured character when grilled or pan-fried. Simply coat pork shoulder, belly, or collar slices in the marinade, leave for at least 30 minutes, and cook over high heat for a beautifully charred, juicy result. Equally good in stir-fries or served over rice with kimchi and pickled vegetables.
