From Wing Lok Noodle Factory, Hong Kong's beloved heritage noodle maker established in 1976 in Kowloon Bay. The slim-cut Supreme version of their signature shrimp roe noodle - each fine, springy strand carrying the distinctly savoury depth of dried shrimp roe. The thin noodle delivers an effortless slurpability: glides beautifully in a clear prawn wonton broth, coats evenly in a dry-tossed lo mein with spring onion oil and oyster sauce, or pairs perfectly with silky choy sum. A faint oily aroma when first opened is natural due to the alkaline (kansui) content and disappears once cooked. 12 servings per pack.
