Hikari Additive Free Koji Miso 750g
Hikari Miso's Enjuku Koji Miso has been a household staple in Japan since its launch in 1993. Made from only three ingredients — Japanese-grown rice, organic soybeans, and sea salt — it carries no additives of any kind, letting the natural character of the rice koji come through fully. The flavour is gentle and rounded, with the characteristic mild sweetness of well-fermented rice miso balanced by a clean, savoury depth. It makes an excellent base for everyday miso soup, and works equally well as a marinade for fish, a glaze for grilled vegetables, or stirred into dressings.
