The Hosomen (thin noodle) Red Chilli variety of Baby Star Ramen Snack uses the original slender noodle cut — finer and harder in texture than the wide variety — which produces a crispier, more intense crunch with each piece. The red chilli seasoning is built around chilli powder, chilli pepper extract, garlic, and onion, layered over a base of soy sauce and savoury seasoning that keeps the spice from tipping into one-note heat. The overall effect is sharper and more direct than the wide noodle version: the smaller surface area concentrates the flavour, and the harder texture holds up well to the bold seasoning.
