Making gyoza at home is a satisfying process, and this simple mould takes the fiddly part out of it. Place the wrapper in the centre of the open mould, add the filling, dampen the edges, then fold and press to seal — the mould creates a neat, evenly crimped edge every time. An embossed spatula is included for spreading filling without it sticking. Compatible with standard gyoza wrappers approximately 8–8.5cm in diameter. Made in Japan.
