Kyuemon Sea Bream Chazuke Assortment (3 Servings)
Simply dissolve the savoury filling encased in a sea bream-shaped monaka shell and the flavour concentrated dashi jelly in hot water to enjoy a deeply flavourful ochazuke.
This assortment features three varieties: "Dashi Jelly", overflowing with the rich aroma of bonito; "Plum Jelly", containing a thick, succulent plum with just the right touch of acidity; and "Salmon Jelly", rich with the delicious taste of flaked salmon. Enjoy the harmony of these exquisite flavours.
[How to Prepare]
1. Place rice in a bowl and top it with the "Dashi Jelly".
2. Take the kayaku (toppings) out of the sea bream-shaped monaka and sprinkle them over the rice.
3. Finally, place the "sea bream monaka" on top, then pour over hot water or tea to complete.
