A love letter to Jeng San’s Executive Chef Andy and his favourite herb, coriander. Bright, fresh, and full of character, this Coriander Pesto Sauce reimagined through the Italian idea of pesto. With pine nuts, rapeseed oil, and garlic, this sauce is East and West in harmony — comforting yet inventive.
