Ajinomoto's Consommé cubes are a Japanese kitchen staple for Western-style soups, stews, and rice dishes. Each cube dissolves quickly in hot water to produce a clear, balanced broth with the depth of both beef and chicken, rounded out by vegetable extract and a touch of soy sauce. A single cube makes approximately one serving of consommé soup and is equally useful as a seasoning base for risotto, pasta, or braised dishes.
