We believe that our homemade noodles, made using machines from the Japanese noodle machine manufacturer Sanuki Menki, are arguably the number one in the UK. They are wonderfully chewy and definitely worth a try!

How to cook

Noodles

  • Boil the noodles for 2-5 mins.
  • Stir and separate noodles during boiling.

Soup

  • Put the packet in a pot with boiling water for 5-10 minutes.

Topping

  • Heat up in boiled soup until they defrost.
