Honor Red Bean Paste 500g

Ready-to-use sweet red bean paste from Honor, a Chinese pantry brand. A glossy, deep-burgundy paste of adzuki beans and sugar with a soft, rich texture and the classic malty-sweet flavour at the heart of Chinese and Japanese baking. Spoon straight into mooncakes, steamed buns, sticky-rice balls, zongzi or red bean buns, or use in Japanese anpan, dorayaki and yokan. Equally at home in modern bakes, trifles and ice creams. Refrigerate after opening and use within a few days.
